dead OK button login fail

hi,

i seem to have a problem with login in to the game. it starts from launcher. then loading screen. then id and pw. and then i push "ok" i hear a click but that's it how can i solve this?
i tried re-instal like 10 times already
and tried reinstal easyanticheat

    Could be a issue with the account, try making another account and trying to see if that'll let you log-in.

    I have the exact same issue, regardless of the ID/PW, it still isn't doing what it's supposed to when you hit the button, there seems to be a bigger issue in place since as I can see, the sound of the onClick event fires up and you can see the usual "freeze" of the background effects upon logging in, though - I think it might be a connection issue on Papaya's server side, could possibly be a Database issue as well.

    I've tried reinstalling EasyAntiCheat, also ran a file check on WarRock (through the official Launcher of course), now I get this issue instead o.O

    If your issue has yet to be resolved and you're unable to play, try the following workaround that I found.

    Solution
    Go to <warrock directory>/EasyAntiCheat -> Run EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe -> select War Rock -> press Install , then press finish.

    Now a new error will popup every time you launch the game (run WRLauncher.exe -> press Start Game -> crash on Loading screen with this error).

    Now to fix the error, you're going to need to Uninstall the game, then use WarRock_Downloader.exe to redownload it, then reinstall the Game and finally you're done, hopefully you'll be able to play then.

    Since I'm unable to edit the previous post, I'll comment here.

    It's vital to do the steps as mentioned above, before uninstalling+reinstalling the game, for some reason simply doing so without the EasyAntiCheat steps mentioned above - will not solve the issue, there may be something wrong with the EasyAntiCheat component/it's integration with the Client itself.

    Yeah, it loads up until Login screen, where regardless of the credentials authenticity, it just doesn't do nothing when you press "OK" to login, the only thing that happens is the background's effect freezing momentarily and then returns to normal (after about 0.5s).

    My solution, if it wasn't clear enough, was to bypass this issue by creating a different error - which is easy to fix.

    TL;DR
    Yes, the game loads up for him.

    there is no WaR Rock in     EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe i mean i open it and i only see Warface and Watchdog.
    how to fix this but there is an error while oppening the EAC.     image
