So i bought 5x the xmas supply box and i got them in inbox , i opend them and only got the characters didnt get k1 xmas/m4a1 xmas etc

You're only suppose to receive weapons from the box?

EDIT - I misread it as I was reading fast.
You couldn't of purchased the XMAS Supply Package if you received only Characters.
