How long takes to answer tickets?
ive made one ticket 3 days ago and HGMpain answered once and asked one screen more, i sent screen, and now am waiting to answer 3 day already?

    I bought that package and i didnt get any guns from there.


    Now i see Papaya solution of that bug.



    I want my guns or my money back. simple. shithappens with everyone sometimes.

    Please wait for a reply via the support ticket system.

    The HGM's will not help anybody with support via the Forums.

    Wait for a reply or if you have Discord, join the WarRock discord server and kindly PM one of the HGM's with your Ticket # and I'm sure they will be kind enough to look into it for you.

    Yes I bought the same package was described with weapons but I didn't recive them. I recived PX items.
