Game crash at the "start" button

Hi guys. I never had problems with game launch. But from now i have it. I'm really mad it's one hour that i try to launch it. Before the error was about the hackshield. But then, when i click on the "start" button, the screen become black but crash in 3 seconds. Already check the files and correct the hackshield system but nothing..

    If you have an Anti Virus program on your computer, make sure that it has Quarantined any files from War Rock or Hack Shield.
