What does "NC aides" mean?

My start country is Spain and wanted to hire Emma (http://unchartedwaters.wikia.com/wiki/Emma) for my second aide. However, I cannot find Emma in the London barkeep's aide list. I noticed that some aides are marked as "NC aides" in the wiki and now I'm wondering what that means.

    Means you have to get her through the uwc shop. There's 3 kinds of aide tickets. If you can't get yourself then ask someone who can sell you uwc.

    NC = old name of the cash shop items ( i think was for netmarble coins ).
    so now will be named UWC Aide

    NC= netmarble cash.  Astros = OGP   UWC= Papaya..  All means the same  ^^
