the packets got lost in purchasing

Hi,
After buying two packs of precise, Epic AW50F 8th PKG and XMas Medic Battle Pack, 
The packages haven't arrived talking about InBox and talking PostBox.
The packages were left in pending.
Could solve the problem?

    They take around 10-15 minutes to arrive.

    If they still haven't arrived, could you check your transaction history by clicking here.

    If you haven't been charged for them then try and re-purchase them, if you have been charged and still not shown up then submit a support ticket by clicking here.

    i got the same problem i need help,
    I purchased the package of DBR SNAKE PACKAGE worth 496 wrcash and 1 gold key woth 51 wrcash and said that it will be appearing in inbox but none of the said package/item appears. it is my first time loading this account because im only 2 weeks old in warrock papaya but a player of warrock ph since 2011. I do need your help because i dont know any other ways to retrieve the said package/items. hoping for your fast response sir/maam. thankyou God bless :)
