Games Update

Dear Papaya and beloved players,

First i want to say thanks for a couple of actions and changes that Papaya Team is applying to the game, prevent illegal activities is extremely important for market health, wich have already been hardly hit for many different ways.

Second, finally with the end of multi client we have some inside game issues problems starting to be solved: players are almost about to realize that if they help each other, all game content is appreciated, wich means, we here to play a online cooperative pvp game, so let's invite our friends to play and try make some of the marketing papaya still unknown (hell yeah you need to say to the word that the game exists, more players, more fun. Im sure you will love to have ton$ of player$)

Complement: since single client is now official, i would like to ask that lil improvement in the buy/sell system(simple like, store item in shop to sell for a limited time (still have quantity limitations so players who had buyed the stores still have the upgrade (+1 iten, +2 itens to sell etc)). About stacks system you already got it im quite sure, but stash system we need some: since we cant have two or more logged accounts, the logic is interact between your own account and others, so all your characters with bigger shared stash ( some code lines to organize the itens in a logic order or pre selected disposition would be awesome)

Third and last by now, i know is easier for you to track bullions(even if we all know that doesnt work that well), but i suggest trade it for a more reliable currency, like some other rpg's = gold / silver / bronze coins, wich is displayed as numbers in the stash/inventory, carry dill as item is not good, guess all noticed.

Please, leave your support for the idea ^^

Best Regards,
Atlanta

Yeah it's great not having your family able to play with you anymore. Stupid, ignorant, selfish, crybabies: Multi makes zero negative difference to the economy. Prices are the same as they were before.

On the plus side, with my wife no longer able to do her thing with an alt, I save a lot of money on UWC ...and the neighbor whose ISP we share plays Atlas now. Guess keeping customers is not a big deal.  Shame because other than the short-sighted, anti shared-ISP rules, Papaya has done a magnificent job so far.

Dont you think Papaya would have announced it in the game news IF they took such a decision ?

I have seen no such announcement anywhere.

What in the world are you talking about?  Where did you see such changes were going to take place? Not calling you a liar just asking for a source of your info.

The GMs dont like rumors...be careful they can take action if they find a rumor about them especially disruptive IF it is a rumor.

As far as rising prices that everyone keeps complaining about better question rising prices ON WHAT that you desperately cannot continue the game? It's certainly not food as the market is completely destroyed for that.. Not crafted weapons and items as the market is destroyed for that too and its not player made ships prices for those arent rising.  So that leaves one thing...Astro Ships and asto items which ARE rising but they are not needed to continue in the game or are a hindrance if you dont have them.

Thats not a failed economy thats a failed player perception of what they need. Those prices dont rise on astro items because of multis or some guy in Seville buying all the supply LOL as alot of maritimer says they rise due to lack of supply from the GM the rarer they make Astro items the more money it costs to buy them.  Its very simple logic actually they can delete nanban and spice trade right now and guess what it will still cost the same price as long as drop rates remain the same.

In conclusion you want lower prices? Then do the following

    1. Stop being overly reliant on astro items
    2. Ask the GM to occasionally increase drop rates
3  Ask GM to do more Sales and Promotions or timed sales ie.  For 1 hour at midnight drop rates for LLM will be double or buy 1 SSIP get one free.  This is not just fun but will drop prices
    4. Rotate Astro items more frequently for sale dont put a ship one month then 12 months later offer it again thats just asking for inflation
