There's this item, Captain's Secret Notes, http://uwodbmirror.ivyro.net/eg/main.php?id=01500703
I don't seem to be able to add shipbuilding to any of my aides. I tried asking in game, but nobody knew. It does say that some skills cannot be added to some aides, but was anyone able to give shipbuilding to any aide using this?

    According to the Japanese wiki if the aide isn't male or not in a battle type job, it's unlikely that SB skill will be accepted. It's kinda weird how some skills can be inherited by certain aides and others not so much.

    On this topic, if i send an aide to the navy and inherit a skill to my main aide, can i still use the capt notes on that aide for yet another skill?

    I was also sad to see that I could not give shipbuilding to any of my battle aides, they are all male so I dont see that being an issue.
    I originally was hoping to add obstruction to George but he has restriction so it would not allow it. Nor could I give it to osbald.

    It sure would be nice to know what aides can get which skills.

    As I understand it it will replace the inherited skill. Its not something I have tested.
