Nevertheless, if you think that somebody is cheating / hacking, do not hesitate to PM one of us, HGMs, and we will spectate that user and investigate them if necessary.

@v0nndutch - you are Wrong. Those EAC Banns in the Ban list are mostly Hardware Bans. Those bans arent listed as Hardwarebans, just as Hack bans. while those who played and got banned didnt used any cheat. Like my mate and neighbour Skylake - He got hardware banned 1 year ago by EAC. Now if he creates a New Acc and Play WR he will get banned after a while (Sometimes a Month sometimes a Week and somtimes only a Day cuz of the weird EAC Ban Rythm) while he got 0 Programms or Tools on his PC.

I tested it. We viped his drives, reinstalled WIndows downloaded WR. I created an ACC at his PC Logged in. Logged off. 1 Week later this acc was banned for Hacking.

So most of those "Banned for hacking" or "EAC Permanent Bans" are clean Players which hacked a long time ago - created new accs to keep playing WR but they cant cuz EAC bans them cuz HardwareBan.

I think if those Hardwarebans would be displayed / visible as such it would clearify alot.

@DragonForceWR so in your example Skylake got banned while he either hacked/cheated on his main account or other account(s). It doesn't matter for the rules.

It says that 'If you are caught on 1 account, all of your accounts may be banned.' and 'We reserve the right to issue a hardware ban which will prevent you from being able to play the game on any account if you caught breaking a permanent ban offense multiple times.'.

This clearly happened to him. So even if he did not hack/cheat on his main, he did it on another account, so his ban is justified. To be honest, I'm okay with hardware banning people who uses hacks/cheats, even when they just did it once.

Skylake hacked 1 year ago with a Low Acc and got banned for it (on all of his accs)

NOW 1 YEAR LATER if he creates a WarRock ACC and Start to Play WarRock he will get banned for Hacking WHILE HE GOT 0 Hacks / Cheats / Tools etc on his PC. His PC is a fresh windows install with nothing just WR.

What i want to say is that MOST of those "Banned for Hacking" or "EAC Permanent Bans" are players like Skylake which got Hardware banned 1 year ago. I mean those Bans are players that hacked once 1 year ago, created a new acc (today), want to play WR and get banned for hacking while they are clear / legit now.

Those HardwareBans arent listed / displayed as such.

Means: The Community start to think that those bans are Players which got caught Hacking TODAY while most of them are just Old HardwareBanned players without any Hacks Today.

---> Because of the wrong perception the community thinks that WR still has alot of Hackers since the BanList is full of "Banned for Hacking" while 90% of those are "HardwareBanned cuz hacked 1 year ago"

@DragonForceWR Alright I get your point now. But how do you know that mostly all of them are hardwarebans? You only can tell from your friend Skylake because you probably know him in real. But what about all the other ones on the ban list?

I mean, if I read from the last ban list, EAC permanent bans do not give any reason they were banned for. So how do you know they were hardware banned one year ago and now try to play legit? They might have been hacking (again) and got caught by EAC.

Thanks for clearing it up, now I get your point. I agree on you that they should specify why they're banned exactly tho.

I thought that way:
Skylake wanted to play WR so what was he doing ?
--> Created a new Acc played 1-2 Hours and got banned. He still wanted to do some matches ? So what he did ?
--> Created another Acc, played a while . Acc got Banned. Next Day or even 1 week later "Ahh, lets do 1-2 WR matches"
--> Create new acc, did the matches, acc gets banned and the Bannlist gets Filled (Last Bannlist for example had 5x Him.

I bet he is not the only "hardware banned" player doing this. Thats how i came to that conclusion.

In internet pub i played on a PC what previusly 9 idiot got banned and still i am here, sercret is if u not hack u dont get ban, tell your friend :)

If your friend hacked while EAC existed then he deserves his hardware ban. Players who decided to continue to hack once a shareholder came along that stopped open hacks don't deserve any sympathy. Besides, if it were really a 'long time ago' that he hacked, there would have never been any files on his harddrive to make EAC ban him. The fact is he hacked recently enough that EAC was on his computer via WR download and it caught him latently. Making excuses for his behavior makes me question your legitimacy as a player, especially with the frequency in which you do it. If you had a sense of conscience you'd not associate with people who are rulebreakers.

You should learn what a Hardware ban is and how it works before you write a stupid comment.

Hardware Ban = Banns your Computer from the Game (Your HARDWARE ID) if you use the same PC - even after 200000 Years - you will be banned since the HARDWARE ID of your Computer will be the same (only way to change ur HardwareID is to change PC components like Mainboard, CPU, GPU etc)

Itsnearly impossible to Hack since EAC got activated. Even the Old Publisher of those VIP Hacks (those which sounds like "06" ) stopped to create Cheats because it would be to much work to get around EAC.

And once again. I dont care about if hes banned or not. I was talkin about the Bannlist and that most of those "Banned for Hacking" today are players which got HardwareBanned a long time ago.

Means = Most Players didnt actualy Cheat in that month the Banlist came out.

If the Bannlist would only List Players which ACTUALY USED ANY KIND OF CHEAT in that Month, it would be around 10 - 20% of the actual Banlists FOR SURE.

And as long as the Banlist doesnt show who got banned for Hacking (Because he was hackin in January 2019 for example) and who was banned for creating a new Acc and tryed to play Legit again (but banned cuz hardwarebanned 1 year ago) the community will NEVER understand that this Game is nearly Hackfree. Because all what the Community sees is tons of players banned for "hacking" which makes them think that WR is still full of those.

I hope this time everyone understood the text above.

You cry every game, every death. Only play big head, Only play Ohara. You wont start a game vs anyone close to your level and regularly stitch games up just to spawn kill low levels.

I don't play since 2017 and now i try to login and when im in lobby a popup BANNED appear and let me out from the game.. so i recovered my account in 9-10-2017 because someone stoled it and later 1 day that i recovered it with papaya giving all of my payments, my identity card ectr they gave me back it, eac ban me for HACKING because the stoler hacked on my account... so i opened ticket with papaya and they told me to open ticket with EAC because they can't unban me with ban from EAC... f*k u. after 2 weeks this is the answer from EAC:

Banned 8-9 Times xddd

I was banned 1x due a Technical Error in 2015. The Hackshild thought "Technitium" is a Hack and banned me for that. (Technitium is a MacAdress Changer and used to Avoid TS3 Bans - Atleats thats what i tried to do) after 3 days i was unbanned again since its a legit programm which made nothing and had nothing todo with WR.

About your "His acc was Hacked / Stolen"

Yes true, my acc was Hacked once. A Player called "Genkidama" and "SinanHan" (same guy) hacked my acc and played on it 2 weeks. Luckily a Dad of a Mate in my Clan works at Criminal police and as funny as it sounds thats how i got my acc back xdd (Genkidama alias SinanHan alias "Burak" (RL NAME) shit his pants and gave my acc back)
