Newbie, can't connect to the server

Hello guys! i am newbie to this game. I just downloaded it from Steam. But when I launched the game, it said that "An error occurred while connecting to database server. Failed to authenticate. Please try again later". After receiving this message, I am kind of frustrated because i have no idea what is happening. In this forum, i am seeking for an information about this issue.
