After last update i noticed that PP91KEDR which i bought as pernament weapon is no longer anymore pernament(1809 days and 15hours left). Does someone have same issue?

    Could you send a ticket, if you haven't already, and include a screenshot of this gun on it? We will then be able to investigate your case and inject you with your weapon if necessary.

    Hej i reported bug with other account started around 10 forum topic, wrote to all gm and nothing::::

    report in suport not working, it is just log users out when u try see your activiti or try make a report :)

    And yes u already asked me multiple time, to make a video :)))))))
    i made video posted on forum, then u boys say send it in a report XD -----How to send it when the problem  :) it is not possible to send :) OK i overcome this obstickle by making a new account and send video and report to a hollz GM team, and i got a respond that u are happy to see the problem is solved! I wrote back it is not i not able to send report... respond then how u can send us to this report????

    i made new account to report bug on other account...  GM feedback that it is againt rules to give out information about other users... 

    Back again to writing all GM :) linking and copy the letters in, and back to step 1 send report to support....
    BUT IT IS NOT WORKING :))))))))))))))))))

    Back in that time i was won aw50 and got dc a few hour later and guns + items was gone, tried get back in support was asked send video or pic, but support not working ever since XD

    Not like i care about that i never snipe :)

    They will ask u send pic and video when pp91 is perma, but u cant cause u was not think about this when u bought it :)

    @Druida If they're not replying VIA the ticket system, give a HGM a message on War Rock Discord along with your ticket # and they usually get on the case straight away.
