  When you've opened the War Rock Launcher, at the bottom under the progress bar there is a button which says check file please click that and once completed try starting War Rock.

  
  

  If the above fails,

  
  

  Please check that your Windows Defender or Anti Virus program hasn't now detected War Rock or EAC ( Easy Anti Cheat ) as a Virus and located itself in your Quarantine.
