Do HGMs know how to read or write?

Feel like HGMs either can't read or write. 
Everybody has been complaining about the lag but they don't seem to know how to read and respond.
I understand that you may not have the solution but at the very least communicate with us and let us know what you are working on. Isn't it your job to engage us? Can't possibly be that hard to get on the forums and write back to the players that actually take their time to voice their concerns, all you upload is the banlist and the update logs. 

What's the update with the lag issue that even you've noticed by now, even if you guys do play like one game a day.

    They’ve probably had endless reports of lag etc,

    They are aware of how bad it is and how bad it had got with the Philippine players coming to play our version.

    I’m thinking that when they release War Rock onto Steam they’re going to release new servers, at least that’s what the majority are hoping for.

    Yeah man we're all hoping for things, but they don't communicate at all. Why can't they just take a minute at communicate what the plan is, or are they just flying blind with no direction? Almost feels like they want to squeeze out every dollar they possibly can without providing proper service. We are their customers, and they don't give a damn about the complaints, at least that's the point that's getting across right now.
