According to Discord/Railway Events,Millionaire supposed to be @ Omaha ,but he isn't there or even SF/Boston/Sacramento either.

    You've probably encountered the emergency capital increase event. It is very rare and random. No millionaire when it's going on.

    Oh no! Without the millionaires box we might have to make our own food! That could take minutes!

    Indeed, I did get Emergency Capital Investment event ,but it didn't happen till 11pm (EST). At least, it didn't ruin my day because I got few 10k thesis, LBSP, as well as plenty of POs.
