Can't open WarRock

Good day! 

I downloaded WarRock from online - Papaya Play, then installed it. All the installation or whatsoever are all done. The thing is, after I finished all then was about to start WarRock, it just disappeared from the screen. I opened it again and then it can never go further anymore after the rectangle(I don't know the exact name of it but we call it patching), it disappears immediately.

    I am in the same boat. I made sure my antivirus and firewall is not stopping it, and I downloaded the Anti cheat, and when I click start, my screen goes blank, as it is opening the application, and then it fails. My computer more than meets the minimum requirements.

    Any suggestions?
