I joined Royal Fleet ,so how do I increase my performance for My Nation ?.

As for Commercial Battle License, I rescued Elvin then I chose trade goods for award ,so where can I get trade goods ? since it has time limit (1 hour).

    You click on National Flagged NPC Ships, you know the ones that come out of ports. They are the ones that you trade with after making your choice.
