won't let me sail smooth ->lag

hello - after the last GAME UPDATE - my alt toon can't sail smooth while sailing & inland. 2 browser in a same time logging together . if you are too caring to help ; please fix this problem . let me have a smooth sailing logging together again. have a nice day ^^ peace -> i don't  want to sail rough

    the browser meant was my game window- if booth  toons will log , the other window/browser will lag. playing w/ windows 7 ULTIMATE . this happens until  now but the lag started  after the chapter 3 or the new update was made .
    please help fix or solve this problem .
