Weapons gone...

I spent 2000WRC to get some items and weapons and recieve loyalty rewards.
but these items are gone when i log in next time.
please get back me weapons or WRC.
please fix this critcal problem asap.

i dont know why, but i have only premium.

    Regarding your lost items and weapons please take a screenshot of your Inventory, Inbox, Postbox and your transactionhistory and send us a ticket.

    thank you for reply.
    this problem seems fix now.But weapons are'nt coming back.
    I sent support ticket yesterday and i'm waiting reply.

    i'll add screenshot of post box and inventory.
