Server disconnected

See,i downloaded the game after 6 months brake,i get to the log in screen and when i put in my acc and pass ,server disconected is displayed and i cant llog in to game at all,been like this 5 days now,i re downloaded the game ,same thing happens

Wrote to support no reply,any ideas whats wrong?
