Lag , UDP/TCP ports

Long story short, been playing since 2007, but only recently I've been more active since the switch to papaya

What are the current used UDP TCP ports?

Been experience HUGE lag ( not frame lag as I have steady fps)

If I remember correctly in the past the ports were:

I don't know if they changed with the change of the server system to P2S.
