starter mission bug

i logged into my account and it said starter mission because i havent logged in like 6 months and it tells to buy a weapon but i cant afford any of them because i got 900 dinar please help me out with this i wanna play so freaking bad

    If you haven't enough dinar to buy certain weapons, you can earn dinar by playing in rooms, although you won't get a lot of dinar by playing. You can buy dinar for WRC in the ingame shop.

    I recommend you, making a new account trough Steam. You start with 130,000 dinar and a few 8th slot retails.

    its not like that , when i open the game it jump straight through the starter mission and it tells to buy a weapon but i dont have enough dinar to buy any and i cant go to any page in the game it just stucks on the shop thats why im requesting help
