Warrock lags

Hello Soldiers,
I have some problems with Warrock. I can't even play, it has so much lagg and framedrops
I have ryzen 7 1700 with 16 gb DDR4 3000MHZ and radeon rx 580 8 gb... And i have 40-50 fps when it starts lagging...
It's unplayable.. I reinstaled game, I updated all drivers.. Still works as hell.. Maybe if someone knows how to help me it would be great.
