No Water, Weird Pixels

This thing started to happen yesterday have no idea why, did a few clean Uninstalls/Installs and the problem is still there.

Looks like it happens on maps with water only (BG/CQC) I think those blue pixels are the water it self, Anybody has an idea how to fix this ?

I had battle royal games with no box on a map, and some gamer start with a max gear upon spawn, fastest game was 1 secundum and headshot by PSG headshooted by aw50 XD fastest 399 exp hehe :)

1 secundum and die upon start i love it, and i am not joking 399 exp 402 dinar for 1 sec is cool thumbs up :)
