Unlock transmutation plates for balance

I tried making improved plates whith transmutation alchemy, but it's locked with +2!! 

You guys no longer offer uroboros/unicorn books in game, (This is a ticket item), put a ridiculous success base rate and still require purchase of SPB (Special Purchase Bond) for whatever we're going to do.

And not satisfied yet put the only possible item to improve plates in the legendary cove... 

Alchemy already one of most difficult skills to grind and you guys still penalize players with this ridiculous pay to win system.

Congratulations on getting the game off balance and making it more and more pay to win
Now only need to lock to gear and weapons, continue to do the great job of destroying another server.

      wow, are you ever the epitome of the saying "ignorance is bliss". Mister, you have your facts and anger all twisted!

      First off uroboros and unicorn books NEVER were offered in game except on some of the special events, they were always ticket items. Currently you can get them from the Legend chest but they rotate regularly and have been in both captain tickets and regular cove, your timing is just bad to get them easily but that's your fault not papaya's. Ever since the Halloween event were everyone was able to farm the urobo books, you can VERY EASILY get them on merchant chat for as little as 120m (maybe cheaper). There's sooo many copies of those in game now that they are pretty much common item! They unicorn books are more in demand and have been going up in price (as high as 50-100m) but people will mostly keep those.

      Secondly, alchemy is the most expensive and hardest skills to do for a reason. Transmutation alchemy can make extremely powerful items which are not only OP but also can unbalance the game. This is a big issue with alot of players. Here on maris i've noticed that papaya has been making all these items more available and transmutation easier to people though various events (we've had Atlantis twice now over the past year which gives huge bonus to alchemy). In most ticket/cove rounds, you usually will find some kind of alchemy book and/or item box. The purpose of this is to make the game more balanced to everyone instead of a few high spending players by making these items more commonly gotten.

      Lastly, you need to understand that Koei is responsible for all in game mechanics not papaya. Throwing insults and accusations at papaya will solve nothing as you are complaining to the wrong source. Papaya has actually done a great job with the game. They may not respond often but they do read and listen to player concerns. Over the past 17 months now of the server, we've seen many changes in game and events held from player requests and concerns. All cash shop /uwc items/ships can be gotten in game on merchant chat, you just have to be persistent. I think the game is far more balanced now than it ever has been since everyone has fairly easy access to all top gear and ships now.

    I'm sorry, why do you need to transmute platings to win? If you are a pvper, sure you can improve the plating defense, but you are susceptible to other aspects such as melee and deck. Not exactly a sure-win. If you are a trader, do you really need +20/-0 plates or whatever so you can save 3-5% time on your nanban run? An adventurer does not need said plating.
