Tournament mode Tier 1 PKG

After the patch most of the players were expected to get there tier 1 package from tournament mode or who hits 200 Tp's (tournament points). suddenly We don't get that pkg? please take action on this.

What i only get in my mailbox, is my Battle Royale Package,
MISSING TIER 1 PKG @ TOURNAMENT MODE

    I am sure they are aware of the issue. Have you tried to logout and log back in? If that didnt fix the issue I would make sure you put a ticket in here: https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us just to make sure they have it on an official format and can award/compensate correctly

    I already made a ticket for my issue but it's already been 3-4 days no reply ever since.

    I would assume that you will get your weekly package next week. Mods can you confirm this is true?
