Is anyone else looking into legal action against vertigo?

I am looking into legal action against vertigo after they took away our paid items with to refund and I think if you are in the EU you will have a good case I would recommend other people do it too.
It has taken too long now for a concrete answer and our items being returned so lets see what happens when we get laws involved.

    Yes we have been robbed. Not only from bp but also from mastery and statistics that our old characters had
