Invalid auth Key (blocked / lost ACC)

Hello, I play dekaron since 2007 (when the name oficial  the game was still 2moons :P).  I quit playing in 2016 and want to go back now. But there's this authorization Key, I can't remember the number, tried 5 times and blocked my ACC.
I tried to contact support, they asked some info, like email, IP address, name, class and level

    I struggled to remember the infos (specially the level of the characters), but responded the email and now I don't get an answer (positive or negative) to the ticket.
    I spent some time and money on this account and would be nice to have it back. Or any response on my issue.
