Skill Bestowing

I was wondering if there is a trick or specific set of rules to doing this. I checked out Fields video but still cant get it to work. I get 1 toon to do the bestow which goes ok, but when I log in the toon I want the skill on all I see are the skills it already has. Specifics of my toons is that I play on 2 computers but still tried to log 1 in and out for the bestow but to no avail. Any helpful suggestions you have would be gratefully accepted

    Check whether the number of skill of your main toon is full.

    for example) 49/49, 50/50, 52/52

    if your status is like above, you can't bestow the skill of your alt in the same account.

    ● if the number of skill is 50/50
      - remove one useless skill => 49/50
      - bestow the skill =>  50/51

    Once you bestow the skill, even though you remove that skill,  the increased skill slot doesn't disappear.
    in the case of above example, although you erase bestowed skill, the number of skills remain 51.

    checked that n ok, so all I can think is account problem.

    you know you must go to the scholar to get the skill bestowed on the toon
