[AP REWARD] GOLD KEY ERROR

I'M QUALIFIED TO GET THE GOLD KEYS FROM AP REWARD.BUT WHEN I CLICK RECIEVE IT SAYS "YOU HAVE FAILED TO ACQUIRE THE REWARD ITEM(S)"
PLEASE HELP OR GIVE ME SUGGESION TO ACQUIRE IT.

    This is a known issue. Make a screenshot of the AP reward(s) and attach it in your ticket: https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us

    They inject the keys manually.

    Same issue.

    Is it a problem in general or just with new steam users?
    Cause I use steam for this, and since the achievment system is ingame for a very long time, I cannot imagine that this issue never got adressed before.

    @gavreel as a Developer myself, there's no such a thing "a problem that cannot be solved".
    This needs fixing, and the main problem is that Papaya are just publishers, they don't have the source code, hence why they cannot fix it. Only DreamExecution (the actual developers of this game) has the source code and can get this fixed, imho the fix should be very easy and straight forward, I really doubt the need to complex debugging to trace the issue here.
