La Tale Adventure even broken AGAIN

The 3rd quest/event in La Tale adventure is broken since the chests don't drop the Golden Key Fragment when opened.
So Far I've opened about 11 chests and nothing is coming out.
Yes, I did accept the quest inside the event.
