account still logged in and other account exceeds response time

so after server crashed it keeps saying my account is still  logged in. ive waited 30 mins and it still says the same. so i decide to log one of my other accounts in to level that up and it cant connect to any server. all i get is response time exceeded!!!!! anyone know how to fix this??
