I got banned

Today, 29 of March 2019, i got banned by your staff, but I didn’t do anything. I just played and got a lot of headshots. I swear that I never hack my game. Please, I really need it. I only have two acc and both of them got banned. My first acc is AYDIL_NOOB and another one is _Mr_Cutie. I hope you can unbanning my acc. I really need it. I played every single day for it, so don’t let me down. I love blackshot foreverrrr

    hi GM 
    i got ban coz of server issues  after update i found my acc got ban for no reason i'm playing this game since 2007 and didn't play with program or hack why my account got ban  and you don't allow to me transfer my main acc i transfer from ex company and give me ban coz of  server issues this is not fair i wanna get my account back and i did never play ever with hack i don't need program or hack to kill  my main acc was like legend or brand for 50 % of global players please help me unbane my account & allow to transfer my main acc you made us get from garena and locked on it in SEA

    We can't do anything for you here, we need to do investigations to find the reasons of why you were banned and then find the best solution.

    So please send us a support ticket from the blocked account to allow us to investigate it at :
