Site issue, can't log in...

Papaya GMs, there's a few people online in the game that are having problems logging into the website. A message comes up "service unavailable". Can you look into it please thanks

    This particular forum is one of the most buggy ones i think ive ever been on.

    Its even worse on mobile.

    Not sure about mobile login, mine and others who contacted me in game said it was from desktop logins.

    Can't create new account
    I'm new here, so here is the problem.
    I'm registering a new account, but after I filled in all of the blank including usernames, password ect... the web didnt show up anything, and i click back to the game it says " An error occurred while connecting to database server, failed to authenticate, please try again later" What should i do????

    Blacklottus' issue fixed itself eventualy.... was steam account... so cant tell it if was a steam issue or papaya.

    well you can't log on to papaya with your steam account ,you need to create a papaya account
