Sailing competition...

The results are in for the big sailing event. First off, thank you Papaya for posting the full placement list instead of just the prize winners. It's much nicer to see everyone's involvement and where we landed instead of just the same list of repeating winners of the players who can afford to put full time into the game everytime. This way shows that there is NO pampering or favoritism to anyone, it's just who made the effort to rank.

I'm suprised to see that i actually ranked! I've been so busy the last couple weeks with work and school that i didn't expect to make the list.

991st place!!! I made the top 1000 WHOO HOO :D

Its also (looking at the names) nice to see what kind of player base we have. At this stage of the server, most of the main users know each others alts so seeing other names show that with close to 4k placements (even at 3 char each) UWO has about 1000 people logging in fairly regularly.

Good job Papaya, keep up the good work :)

    Umm, It is not the full results, As I have logged in during the event and I have sailed during the event. But Yes it is nice to see how many players are logging in

    Would have been a better event and indication of the player base if only the admiral of a fleet had the days counted. That way all the alts would not be in the list unless they sailed separately.

    I login nearly every day and sail nonstop for hours hunting and made #308.
    The top 100 places just afk sailed with blue flags and veils on. Where is the fun in that? It actually prevented them from actually PLAYING the game. That is sad.
