  Have you got problems in buying WRCash or buying stuffs with WRCash?

  
  

  For the first one there are two requirement to be able to purchase WRCash:

  • you must wait 1 day after the registration
  • your account must be at least level 7

  Fo the second, since you didn't explain your problem, I can image that you're talking about the "You must wait 15 days before trying again" issue.
