Game CRASH

Hello, im crashing 9/10 times when i play.... Is a game problem? Fix it omg...

    Same for me, I'm running some sort of tests to determine what exactly is causing the issue, but I'd suggest Papaya to restart the entire server. Yesterday night there was no such behaviour and I was playing for some hours without any disconnects or crashes.
    There was no announced update, but the launcher took a moment longer than usual, so if there was some kind of minor "silent" update, I'd also recommend Papaya to redo that one.
    I assume, if there was any such silent update, it was due to the lagging issue on which JakeWR previously informed the community.

    I can't play, as soon as I start a game after a few minutes the game doesn't respond and I just have to close it .... I paid the premium to play and I don't want to throw money ... I hope it gets solved as soon as possible otherwise I want a refund! Can any GM respond?

    I couldn't find the source of the issue, it's an server-based issue and Nexon should fix this by restarting the servers.
    I have dual boot and tried it on both OS Win10 & 7. It subjectively seems like it's crashing more frequently on Windows 10.
    After installing DirectX repos of <=9.0 it stopped crashing for me on Windows 7. 
    So if anyone is still running Windows 7 try installing the DirectX Runtimes of the previous decade.
    HERE is the link. It will take you 5 minutes of downloading and installing.
    This DirectX Runtime is NOT SUPPORTED by Windows 10, since most of the base installations are included in the OS already.

    Every time i play after 15 minutes the game shuts down...whats going on yesterday everything was good???
