PLATFORM THAT IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH

I have a problem in game, there are two platform that i cant reach to continue the dungeon in game
_The first one is somewhere in the Devil Canyon (Gallus) require a double jump at max height 
_The second one is in Sacred Hall , i try a hundred times and it really piss me off, because the high ping and slow movement speed (i guess) i cant reach the platform. btw i live in VietNam (Asia) so the high ping is understandable , but WHAT THE DAMN POINT TO MAKE THAT UNACCEPTABLE HIGH PLATFORM BTW??
