Failed to acquire reward item(s)

Dear, mods.

I can't receive the reward item(s) because it's says:"You failed to acquire reward item(s)" please help me with this
problem admins and staff respond me or pm me and fix this please so other(s) like me can't states my problem with.

    Hi @rEaDMePls,

    are you talking about the reward on the Achievement System (in particular about the Gold Keys)?
    If yes, it is a bug that doesn't allow you to redeem your price.

    You only have to send a ticket (with screenshots) and Admins will inject the Gold Keys into your Account.

    send a ticket in support.maybe it is bug.coz i experience also that.
