WR Cash charged, weapon not in inbox or inventory

Hello

I tried to purchase a weapon (8th slot M82 Barrett, 306 WR cash). At the time I got an error that stated something along the lines of " failed to purchase, try again later". As I waited, and logged out and back into the server, I noticed that my WR cash did get charged but I can not find the weapon in my inbox or my inventory.

Sometimes I have to wait a few minutes for a weapon to appear in my inbox, but it's been a while now.

Any ideas?

go to your Transiction History at the following link: https://www.papayaplay.com/shop/history.do

Now close the Charge History tab and look at the Purchase History.

Check if on your last purchases there's written "pending" or "completed".
