I can´t login game

Hello.

I have been trying login game all day but it doesn´t work.

I put my username and password, and press OK, but nothing, it doesn´t work. I can´t see none window or advertisment.

I have tryed reinstall the game, I tryed play in other PC from my house, and nothing.

Some ideas? Thank you!
