Fps Drop after update

Hi, I noticed after the update that the game has dropped some frames. Usually my game will run at 138/139 fps consistently. However now that I'm gaming I'm now at 99fps-109fps. When there's only one person in game it goes back to 139 until more players join im back at 99fps. Don't tell me that it's mye. hardwar I'm running this game 
with
GTX 2080 Ti FTW3 EVGA
i59600k overclocked to 5GHZ 
32gigs RAM

    99 to 109 fps ? :O i have 22 fps in game my pc build is

    i think there is no solution that will bring over 100 fps to me that game

    I have the same Problem.
    Long time i didn´t played that game.
    Yesterday i wanna try to play. I joined a room and i only got 20-25FPS. The Game run extreme laggy and slow and i don´t know why.
    All other Games running perfectly. For example Battlefield 4, Counter Strike Global Offensive, GTA V etc.
    Someone know what´s the reason for it?
    Don´t tell me my system is too weak for this Game XD It´s too overkill

    Operating System: Windows 10 Pro x64 64-Bit
    Solid State Drive: SSD Samsung Evo 860 2TB
    Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X @ 3,6GHz (if the Game run it boosts between 4,0 - 4,2GHz on all Cores)
    Graphicscard: MSI NVIDIA GeForce RTX2070 Super 8GB
    Motherboard: MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon WiFi
    CPU-Cooler: be quiet Dark Rock Pro 4 with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal grease
    DDR RAM: 32GB DDR4-3200 G.Skill Trident Z RGB @3200MHz

    If the Games run, the CPU got temperatures between 45-55°C on 25% workload and the GPU between 30-35°C with 20-30% workload.

    Is there any solution?
