Level UP! weapon exchange missing from Toma again

I saw a few posts from earlier this year in March and May addressing this issue. Apparently it had been fixed but now the bug is back again. Looked through all of Toma and Bora's exchanges multiple times and can't find it anywhere.

    The Level UP! weapons are now available at NPC Treo located in the GM Event Map. :)
