Can't get into My WarRock Account since yesterday!

Hello,
i wanted to play a little bit on my second WarRock Account, but Ingame it was saying, that my password is incorrect. So did try it on the Papaya Play Website, but it didnt work as well. Then i tried to reset my Password of my second account, but it was telling me, that the "Request Invalid. Please try later." So i sent a ticket to WarRock Support, and they were asking about general information of the Account. I submitted everything i know, because my sec. Account is quite old (G1 Time). And they wrote me via E-Mail, that they can't restore my second account, because they got too less information from me. I have no idea what happened, because if somebody would hack my Account or any Account information i would notice that via Mail. Now i sent them a proof video, where i could access on my Account and whern not and hope that they can restore my Account. It was fine the last years, and i keep changing my Password, and i'm 100% sure, that the Password is correct. So have you Guys any Idea what i can do to proof and strengthen the state of evidence.
