Failed to purchase item error

Hey,

I recently returned to warrock and have been trying to purchase items using WR cash ever since and i'm receiving the same error over and over again. 
I've already submitted a ticket detailing the issue and yet to receive a response even after 5 days.  
It is these kind of issues which keep players away from this game.

    Hello @acid1010,

    if you have already sent a ticket just wait for it.
    If you have sent it on the "Billing" category it's normal that it takes a bit longer.

    They have to check everything before take actions.

    Wait a little bit more or contact an HGM on Discord.
