POP Shop not working

Pop shop not working ..its greyed out or if green i get the message something went wrong
Seems its not ONLY related to me..but it seems not working for others too
I tried full reset
Changed windows
logged in
made sure i have uwc
AND made screenshots about it is available until 30th of October 2019
I see this as false advertising ...
