Timer go up and down with no logic in it

When u reach the time needed for item it skipping the item and go for next reward and u again need time to complete that but it keep skiping the items u earned...

Upon dc lose all time u made but if u try save the time u made with exiting game and relog back to game timer goes up with randomly to 222 min 298 min 333 min 366 min needed for next reward and even if u not get dc under that time it still skipping the item :)

I know it is illegal to say nothing bad about papaya services or about servers or  about lack of gm present so i need to say i am totaly satisfied with them :)

    I've got the same problem, at this moment my timer is at 59 hours and the only reward i got is the ai_aw(gold). Papaya please fix this problem and send the reward items or at least look into this :D!?
