Communication errors and line congestion

General Discussion
When I am making recipes, I get a message:  line is congested, please try again later.  I then either get a frozen screen or a message:  An error has occurred during communications and you have been disconnected from the server.  

This is happening with increasing frequency.  I get the second message when I try to log in, interact with the marketkeeper, shopkeeper, etc.  It use to happen only occasionally and while I still did not like it, it was no big deal, part of on-line gaming.  But it has become so frequent, that I actually have been able to log in all day.

I submitted a ticket and got a reply saying it happens when their servers have network issues and they are sorry.  The ticket was closed.

I suspect that the problem is with my computer, but am a loss at what to check.  I was hoping someone else may have had the problem and found a fix.  I have run dxdiag, no problems found.  Checked security setting, no problems found.  I have even uninstalled-reinstalled the game.  Does anyone have any suggestions, please?  Thank you!

    windows 7 is going out of service... maybe that's part of it

    Thank you for your reply CheezeMachine and a good thought.  I am on WIndows 10 though.  Haven't had an update in a few weeks, maybe I should see if there are any out there.  Thanks again.

    Been getting a problem of constant lagging and disconnection with increasing intensity. I keep on getting error (3::3) and then at times, 'Failed to connect (-2)', then UWO stopped working suddenly

    I'm clueless as to what to do with this type of issues, does anyone have an insight or a solution to this problem, please? Much appreciated!

    Uwoplay624, I submitted a ticket for this issue and was told their servers sometimes have network issues and they are sorry.   And I can understand that, but it has far exceed sometimes and is in the realm of frequently now.  I do hope they fix it soon.  I cannot even log in right now after 5 attempts to get into the game.   I am getting to the point I don't even want to try to log in anymore.
