incredibly fast players, How??????

Some players are so fast, in the blink of an eye ur dead? how do they do it? they aim so fast, kill so fast, so easy, almost like they are hacking, but they are not. looks like they see everything 2 seconds earlier than everyone else, I just want to know how this is even possible..

    Some players have advantage of other cause of having a good CPU. This is the biggest issue in this game :(

    OVC
    Tapping
    Lag Switching
    GPS
    See over walls
    Rapid fire/Case fire

    This so called skills help kill fast, i bet u also saw gamers who sugest u to "get skills nab" or saying "just lag" refering to lag swicthing
