OVC by bios la legit Now?

Hi! Yesterday at the end of a bg match in the chat 4-5 players chatting about the ovc by bios.. my question is, is legit? Because if is not u need to check a lots of rooms during the day..

Yes,Bios OVC is legit but it doesn't get any advantages in the game

Bios Overclock has always been legit since Bios overclock only stabilizes your average FPS (or increases it to the 139 FPS cap)

Only Overclock via Software is not allowed and will lead into a ban. This used to cause a syncing error with the Games Speed which will cause you to Run / Shoot / Reload / Capture / Drive faster.

However as far as i can tell this issue has been Fixed & as soon as you try to Software overclock your System - EAC will detect it - which will lead into a ban.
