Got Global Ban because an abnormal action was detected. Please help.

Its been more than a year since I last played Blackshot and today,I played again.I was just playing as usual in Team Death Match about 2 or 3 matchs and then suddenly I got Global Ban. I don't even use any hacktools or bugs or whatever they call it..I dont evem know how to hack. Please help solve this problem.
